Job Title: Environmental Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Ireland or the UK. As a key player in our Environmental Compliance team, you will be responsible for managing a range of environmental projects, collaborating with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of environmental deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage environmental projects, including environmental impact assessments, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert environmental advice on environmental assessment and management into design and construction of major infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports, including environmental impact assessment reports, environmental due diligence, and research.
  • Grow Sweco's presence in environmental consulting and cross-sell our multi-disciplinary services.
  • Tender and win new projects in the local market.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive understanding of EIA in Ireland or the UK, across the spectrum of environmental topics.
  • Experience in Environmental Due Diligence and Data Centre projects.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and winning work in the local market.
  • Knowledge of financial and technical management of projects.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams on complex environmental projects.
  • Good problem-solving and contingency planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline, and chartered with a relevant professional body.
