We are seeking an experienced Collections Administrator to join our client's financial services business in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing team that has recently undergone significant expansion following a large-scale acquisition.

As a Collections Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include managing data entry, loading instructions onto the SalesLogix collections platform, and providing administrative support to the collections teams. You will also be required to answer phone calls, screen queries, and assist with paperwork retrieval and filing.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of accounts and credit control procedures, as well as excellent communication and IT skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage or other accounting systems is also crucial.
