About the Role:
G4S Business Unit: US Youth Services is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Electronic Monitoring Officer. This role will involve working with electronic monitoring technology to deter individuals from breaking their curfews and ensuring public safety across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, collaborate and decommission monitoring equipment in subject homes
Provide a customer-focused approach always
Fully investigate any incidents that may occur during the curfew order period
Check all equipment on issue and collection from subject's home
Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Liaise with our Monitoring Control Centre over any breaches of the curfew order
Ensure all standard operational procedures are adhered to and contract compliance is maintained at all times
Attend court as required
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £13.02 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including a company vehicle for travel purposes. The role also comes with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Requirements:
A full UK driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel regularly throughout your shift. Strong customer service skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. You should possess a high level of customer focus and be able to manage your own diary and plan visits to subject properties effectively.
