Job Title: Revenue Contract Coordinator

At Genius Sports, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Contract Coordinator to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality in our Salesforce system, supporting the commercial function in terms of data accuracy, and liaising with the data team to ensure all reporting in PowerBI from Salesforce is accurate for analysis purposes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy of our Salesforce system by verifying that data entered by the sales team is correct and matches the terms in our contracts.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
  • Identify areas where data quality is low and flag this to the commercial data analyst, assisting with Salesforce training and creating process maps and detailed walkthroughs of data quality checks.
  • Coordinate with the data team to ensure information is pulling through correctly and work closely with the commercial operations manager to ensure a sales library is developed and maintained for efficient knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a Revenue/Sales/Commercial Operations function or similar, preferably in a mid-large organization.
  • Proficient in knowledge and understanding of Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, commercial, highly analytical, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excel at solving unstructured problems and ability to network internally to create solutions where none exist.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel and/or SQL.
