Job Title: Revenue Contract Coordinator

At Genius Sports, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Contract Coordinator to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality in Salesforce, supporting the commercial function, and liaising with the data team to ensure accurate reporting in PowerBI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce by verifying data entered by the sales team and ensuring it matches contract terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date product information in Salesforce each month.
  • Map usage in PowerBI reports to correct subscriptions in Salesforce.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales organization planning efforts.
  • Ensure all data from Salesforce flows into PowerBI for revenue analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Key Skills:
  • Experience working in a Revenue/Sales/Commercial Operations function or similar in a mid-large organization.
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce.com and its functionality.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and highly analytical with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to network internally to create solutions where none exist.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel and/or SQL.
