Job Title: Revenue Contract Coordinator

At Genius Sports, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Contract Coordinator to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality in our Salesforce system, supporting the commercial function, and liaising with the data team to ensure accurate reporting in PowerBI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy in our Salesforce system by verifying data entered by the sales team and ensuring it matches contract terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date product information in Salesforce each month.
  • Map usage in PowerBI reports to correct subscriptions in Salesforce.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales organization planning efforts.
  • Ensure all data from Salesforce flows into PowerBI for revenue analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Key Skills:
  • Experience working in a Revenue/Sales/Commercial Operations function or similar in a mid-large organization.
  • Proficient in knowledge and understanding of Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, commercial, highly analytical, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excel at solving unstructured problems.
  • Ability to network internally to create solutions where none exist.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel and/or SQL.
