Job Title: Revenue Contract Coordinator

At Genius Sports, we're seeking a highly skilled Revenue Contract Coordinator to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring data quality in Salesforce, supporting the commercial function, and liaising with the data team to ensure accurate reporting in PowerBI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce by verifying data entered by the sales team matches contract terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date product information in Salesforce each month.
  • Map usage in PowerBI reports to correct subscriptions in Salesforce.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales organization planning efforts.
  • Ensure data from Salesforce flows into PowerBI for revenue analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Key Skills:
  • Experience in Revenue/Sales/Commercial Operations or similar function in a mid-large organization.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and knowledge of its functionality.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and highly analytical with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to network internally to create solutions where none exist.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel and/or SQL.
