Graduate SEN Support Worker

That's why we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Psihcology Graduate to join our team as a Graduate SEN Support Worker.
As a Graduate SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional learning needs to achieve their academic and personal goals. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies and provide one-to-one and small group support to students who require it.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and motivated, and have a strong passion for working with children and young people. A minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top 20 university is required.
Salary: £480-£520 per week (paid weekly on a PAYE basis).
