RIBBONS AND REEVES is hiring a Graduate SEN and SEMH Support Worker to work in our schools across Camden. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with SEN teams and contributing to the development of our students.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with SEN teams, gaining invaluable skills and experience.
  • You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to children with complex needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning.

Requirements:

  1. A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology from a Top 30 university.
  2. At least 6 months experience working with challenging individuals or in school settings.
