Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel valued and supported.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, contributing to the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Manage inventory, stocking, and pharmaceuticals with integrity.
  • Utilize computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy pharmacy environment.

Requirements:

  • A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, preferably with an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and safety in all pharmacy operations.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative work setting.
  • Computer literacy, comfortable with learning and utilizing various pharmacy software systems.
  • Outstanding communication traits, ability to problem-solve, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
