We are seeking a passionate Patient Advocacy Professional to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting effective working relationships and communications with consultants, medical staff, nurse colleagues, and other multi-agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist in developing clinical protocols, reviewing them as needed, and maintaining accurate and legible patient records. This includes ensuring adherence to quality initiatives within the critical care environment and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Salary Estimate: Based on the title, job description, and location, the estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
