Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our busy Family Department at Boys & Maughan Solicitors in East Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading legal practice and contribute to the success of our Family Department.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong expertise in children law and excellent advocacy skills. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of children law, including court commitments and remote working arrangements. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, has a strong work ethic, and is able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
* Handling all aspects of children law, including advocacy skills and court commitments
* Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Collaborating with other members of the Family Department to achieve shared goals
* Staying up-to-date with changes in children law and best practices

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is negotiable based on experience, with a minimum of £60,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a permanent and occasional working from home policy, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have Children Panel Accreditation and excellent advocacy skills. You should also be familiar with court commitments and remote working arrangements.
