About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Service Director to lead our Solway Region team. As Head of Commercial Vehicle Operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage regional service provisions to meet customer needs and exceed financial targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance workshop loading, utilisation, and productivity.
  • Maintain high-performance culture, setting clear development plans aligned with the group's values.
  • Ensure regional service departmental profit budget is exceeded, achieving sustainable profitable growth.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in commercial vehicle operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Clear vision in achieving business goals, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • A good eye for detail, recognising opportunities to drive forward the succession of the Service business.

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
