About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to lead our hygiene team at Bakkavor Careers. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and contribute to the success of our operations team.

As a Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hygiene standards are maintained and developed to the required high standard. You will work closely with our production teams to implement significant change and improvement in cleaning efficiency, ensuring that our factory remains a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hygiene team to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective hygiene strategies
  • Monitor and report on hygiene performance metrics
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize cleaning processes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., food safety, environmental health)
  • Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the food industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

Bakkavor Careers offers a competitive salary package, including:
  • £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
  • Car allowance: £8,400 per annum
