Job Overview

IMMOSTEF is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead the development of new warehouses and offices, as well as the renovation and conversion of existing sites. In this role, you will work closely with design teams to influence project designs, ensuring feasibility and compliance with project goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in project management, preferably in construction or real estate development. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in French is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of £95,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
