Your primary focus will be on overseeing all aspects of document & record management and governance within both our document management system and asset management maintenance systems.
You will implement and maintain document control processes, adhering to internal and external standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tactical day-to-day oversight of projects to facilitate smooth collation and handover of documentation data in approved format
- Operational maintenance documentation compliance with internal and external standards
- Quality checking data and documentation to ensure compliance with Port of Dover standards
- Setting up and overseeing documentation workflows, statuses, approvals
Requirements
- GCSEs Grade 4 or above in Maths and English
- Extensive document control experience, managing documentation from project inception through assets life cycle
- Experience with Document Management Systems
- Good understanding of Asset Management
