Lead Goalkeeper Coach Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Goalkeeper Coach to join our team at Birmingham City Football Club. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality goalkeeping coaching sessions that foster the growth and development of our young goalkeeper talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality goalkeeping coaching sessions that align with the club's philosophy and methodology.
- Work closely with the Head of Coaching and Lead Phase Coach to plan, deliver, and evaluate the U21s goalkeeping programme.
- Use evidence-based approaches to player development, incorporating data from performance analysts.
- Support and manage the foundation goalkeeper coach and mentor student coaches as needed.

Requirements
- UEFA A Licence – Goalkeeping
- UEFA A Licence – Outfield
- Experience working in the elite women's game
- FA Safeguarding certification
- Ability to deliver high-quality coaching sessions
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Capability to design and implement a high-quality coaching programme
