Job Overview

Circet Ireland & UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Slough. As a key member of our Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process across our Telecoms and Installations divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for high-volume positions, including candidate screening and interviewing
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking attraction strategies to find top talent in the industry
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Board-level executives
  • Develop and drive talent acquisition strategies to ensure Circet is seen as an employer of choice
  • Represent Circet at company events and manage regular reports for the Head of Recruitment Directors
  • Consistently meet KPIs, including attrition rates, and provide advice on complex recruitment issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Experience recruiting high volumes of Blue Collar workers – operatives, engineers, etc.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Telecoms / Construction / Civil Engineering company
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Confident sales attributes and ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Establish good working relationships with colleagues and possess time management skills
  • Previous experience leading a small team is preferred but not essential
