About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our in-house recruitment team at De Vere. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in attracting and recruiting top talent in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit for a variety of hotel and events roles from start to finish, including drafting job postings, shortlisting, and screening candidates.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for De Vere, hosting recruitment events, attending careers fairs, and communicating with applicants.
  • Design and create marketing materials to promote our employer brand and job roles, as well as social media posts for our De Vere careers accounts.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience, leading by example and inspiring our management teams.
  • Support with regular Talent Acquisition training for our management teams working with De Vere.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, in a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment, with experience recruiting in retail, restaurants, or the broader leisure sector.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proven experience using an ATS, LinkedIn, and other CV searching tools to source and reach out to potential candidates.
  • The ability to influence and work effectively with senior colleagues and managers.
  • A creative approach and a keen interest in social media and employer brand marketing.

  • Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
