We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Professional to lead our property and construction team at Michael Page Property & Construction in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of our building, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and implement policies and procedures related to facilities management.
  • Manage and coordinate contractors, staff, and resources to deliver FM services and manage budgets effectively.
  • Lead project management related to refurbishments, renovations, and office moves to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure the facility is prepared for inspections and audits and foster a positive work environment within the facilities team.

Requirements:

  • Proven background of managing the delivery of FM services and experience in managing a large, diverse team.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and leadership abilities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000 per annum.
