Facilities Development and Construction Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Development and Construction Engineer to lead and oversee infrastructure projects from conception through to completion. As part of our dynamic Facilities & Infrastructure team at Apex Resource Management, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage infrastructure projects, coordinating functional and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and KPIs.
  2. Oversee contractor management and site installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  3. Provide expert knowledge in infrastructure methods, materials, and skills requirements, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  4. Support the development and costing of proposals, overseeing projects through to final completion.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects from initial planning through to final delivery.
  2. Strong background in contractor management and experience in delivering high levels of site safety performance.
  3. Excellent project management skills, with a focus on delivering within tight timescales and budget constraints.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Relevant degree or equivalent experience, particularly in infrastructure, plant, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
