We are seeking a skilled Structural Assessment Specialist. As a minimum, you must possess Class 2 Building Inspector Registration. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing building designs and ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and industry standards for similar positions in the UK.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction practices. They will also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
