Michael Page (UK) is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join their team in Birmingham.

Job Description

  • Oversee the maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and manage and coordinate contractors, staff, and resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facilities management to drive cost-effectiveness and project management.
  • Manage budgets and oversee project management related to refurbishments, renovations, and office moves.
  • Lead the facilities team and foster a positive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Management Professional should have:

  • Proven background of managing the delivery of FM services.
  • Experience in managing a large, diverse team.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
