Michael Page (UK) is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join their team in Birmingham.
Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and manage and coordinate contractors, staff, and resources effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facilities management to drive cost-effectiveness and project management.
- Manage budgets and oversee project management related to refurbishments, renovations, and office moves.
- Lead the facilities team and foster a positive work environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Facilities Management Professional should have:
- Proven background of managing the delivery of FM services.
- Experience in managing a large, diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
