Job Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager to join our Estate Agency team in Oadby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer care and service
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are marketed effectively and sold to the right buyers
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
