About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Legal recruitment division in Lancaster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, identifying and attracting top talent, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve business objectives
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent in the legal industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Results-driven and motivated with a strong desire for success
