Job Summary
The Eventus Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Legal recruitment division in Lancaster. This is a full-time permanent position with the option of hybrid working and flexibility over working hours.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying and engaging candidates to fulfill specific business briefs and requirements, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business through identifying and creating commercial 'recruitment solutions' for new business wins.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Source and engage top talent to fulfill client briefs, utilizing a range of recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Contribute to the development of the business through the identification of new business opportunities and the creation of commercial recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions, including communication and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a legal recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
