About the Role

OLG Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our client's team in Immingham. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth in the Belgium, German, and Dutch markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the specified regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in logistics sales, with a track record of achieving sales goals in the specified regions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing business needs.
Benefits
