Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Mentor to join our team at a PRU in Lambeth. As a Youth Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
About the Role:- Provide one-to-one support to students, promoting positive relationships and behaviour.
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to de-escalate challenging situations.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Our PRU in Lambeth caters for 96 students aged 7-19 with SEMH and challenging behaviour. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment that enables students to thrive.
We are looking for a Youth Mentor who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. If you have a calm and proactive approach, strong behaviour management skills, and an empathetic attitude, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is a long-term role with a competitive daily rate of £85-£120.
