Everton in the Community is a dynamic force for good, harnessing the power of football to drive social change and address societal challenges. We are seeking an experienced Children & Youth Support Manager to join our team and play a key role in growing our support programmes.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, working 35 hours per week, including evening work. You will be accountable for the operational functioning of our support pillar, leading and developing initiatives to target high-risk and vulnerable young people aged 8-25 years old.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accountability for targeted support areas and programme performance
  • Manage budgets and meet reporting deadlines
  • Provide support and guidance to teams and partners
  • Align programmes with the charity's Trinity Project ambitions and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in youth support and development
  • Patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude
  • Full UK driving license
  • VRQ/NVQ Level 2 in Youth Work or relevant qualification
