Job Title: Music Specialist Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Music Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for delivering music lessons and supporting students across all year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver music lessons to students, promoting a love of music and encouraging creativity and self-expression
  • Support students with mild SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech and Language difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement music curricula
  • Provide small group and 1:1 support to students, using creativity and imagination to engage them with the Primary curriculum

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in education, with a focus on music and SEN support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about education and committed to delivering high-quality support to students
  • Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or Music Specialist would be an advantage
