The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of delivering excellent client service and managing a portfolio of non-audit clients.
  • Strong technical competence and compliance skills, including experience of preparing and reviewing financial reports.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other professionals.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Lead Accountant at Agility Resourcing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills and expertise.

You will be responsible for maintaining credible and long-term relationships with clients, coordinating compliance service delivery, and ensuring that jobs are adequately resourced.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience of working in practice and managing a portfolio of non-audit clients.

They will also have strong analytical skills, up-to-date technical knowledge of financial reporting standards, and the ability to use Excel and Word.
