Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant / Finance Team Leader to lead our finance team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for finance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the finance team and ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexi time, bonus, pension, and on-site parking.
