Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team at Agility Resoucing. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of 5 accountants
  • Coordinating tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
  • Developing and implementing process improvements
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with experience in management or supervision
  • Knowledge of Iris software is preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Benefits:

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
