Key Responsibilities:

  • Support tenants with managing and sustaining their tenancies
  • Provide a robust service that assesses the needs of clients and supports them to become more independent
  • Work closely with external agencies and experts to ensure the wider needs of tenants are met
  • Lead on Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases and manage and keep all involved parties updated
  • Contribute to service improvement by ensuring teams implement the ASB policy and work within the remit of legislation

Requirements:

  • A confident presenter with excellent communication skills
  • Evidence of successful outcomes when addressing ASB
  • Ability to self-manage and analyse data and produce reports
  • Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload
  • Knowledge of Housing legislation and other landlord-related obligations
