Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our team at Bels Daycare. As an apprentice, you will support children's educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will also have organisation and time management skills, customer care and problem-solving abilities, presentation and administration skills, and the ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds.

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support children's educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs.">
  • Ensure children's needs are met following policies and procedures.">
  • Engage in activities to stimulate learning and demonstrate sensitivity toward children and families.">
  • Assist in admission and induction of new children.">
  • Maintain records to meet internal, external, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Promote excellent health and safety practices.">
  • Participate in training and meetings as requested.">

Learning and Development
