Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Commissioner to join our team at Job Switch Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commissioning of services for children and young people with SEND, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses, gathering and analyzing data to inform commissioning decisions.
  • Negotiate and monitor contracts with external providers to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality services.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to service delivery.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets effectively.

Salary
