Job Title: Special Education Needs and Disabilities Co-Ordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support the day-to-day SEND provision in our schools.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure effective inclusion of students with special educational needs and disabilities. As a key member of the school community, you will positively impact the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEND provisions to meet the diverse needs of pupils
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive learning environment
- Provide guidance and advice on SEND-related matters to colleagues and parents/carers
- Work closely with senior leadership teams to develop and monitor SEND strategies
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Possession of or willingness to undertake training in SENDCo role
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £40,000 per annum
