Join our team as an Education Support Professional for Students with SEND, where you will be part of a dedicated team creating a supportive learning environment for students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and complex medical needs.

This role requires QTS holders with experience in working with SEND pupils, possessing the ability to adapt teaching methods and foster a collaborative classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized education plans for students with SEND
  • Develop strategies to promote inclusion and engagement in the classroom

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
  • Monday to Friday working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
