We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Integrated Care Team (LAP) in Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other professionals to support residents with physical disabilities and cognitive decline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to achieve identified outcomes
  • Manage a caseload and provide regular reviews

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Experience in community or hospital setting
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office, Work, and Excel
  • Valid UK driving license required
