About the Role:

  • Assess and support patients with communication difficulties through individual and group sessions.
  • Develop, monitor, and review treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior Speech and Language Therapists, providing them with advice and support.
  • Contribute to clinical teams, discussing and coordinating input to ensure comprehensive care plans for clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Speech & Language Therapist with HCPC registration.
