Job Title: Adult Mental Health Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Mental Health Specialist to join our dynamic team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This full-time role is based at Nicholson House in Maidenhead and involves providing high-quality mental health care to older adults in the community.
">In this challenging and rewarding position, you will work collaboratively with other disciplines from both statutory and voluntary sectors to manage a diverse caseload of patients with complex needs. Your passion for supporting individuals with mental health issues, including dementia, will be essential in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
">As an experienced mental health professional, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to manage and prioritize your workload effectively. You will also be able to work on your own initiative and/or with a team, using your knowledge of mental health legislation to inform your practice.
">The ideal candidate will have a degree in mental health nursing or a related field, with evidence of ongoing professional development. You will also have experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in care management or a similar role. Strong IT skills and the ability to deal with sensitive issues are also essential.
">We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible working options, 27 days' annual leave rising with service, and access to a range of wellbeing tools and services.
