About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist Support Worker - Mental Health to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will work in a specialist school setting, providing support to students with complex needs. As a Specialist Support Worker - Mental Health, you will work closely with therapists and psychologists to develop and implement strategies to support student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Collaborating with therapists and psychologists to develop individualised plans
  • Providing consistent and ongoing support to students

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology (or related field)
  • Experience working with SEN children or adults
  • Ability to work with challenging behaviour

Benefits:
