We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Leader of Education and School Effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned education professional to drive improvement in Early Years Childcare Settings, schools, and other educational providers across the West Quadrant of Essex.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to improve education outcomes and ensure that every child has access to quality education.

Your Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Head teacher or Deputy Head teacher, with a proven track record of developing quality improvement frameworks to enhance education standards and drive achievement of good or outstanding Ofsted ratings. You will lead the improvement of Early Years Childcare Settings, schools, and other educational providers across the West Quadrant of Essex, working collaboratively with EYCS, schools, Teaching School Hubs, and other educational providers to identify areas for improvement and provide support to achieve these.
