About Our Organisation

Chelmsford County High School for Girls is committed to providing high-quality education and care for its students. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Headteacher.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the School's public relations and image, devising and managing fundraising campaigns, and supporting with key school events. They will also undertake administrative tasks related to Sixth Form admissions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the School's public image and reputation
  2. Plan and coordinate fundraising events and activities
  3. Provide administrative support for Sixth Form admissions
  4. Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Desirable: experience of using SIMS and brand management
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance and pension scheme.
