Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality front of house service, ensuring all customers receive a warm and professional welcome.
  • Coordinate schedules, room bookings, equipment, and materials required for learning activities across the site.
  • Ensure all necessary site-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Support the centralised Administration Team with new-start and learner activities, ensuring efficient processing and adherence to business procedures.
  • Maintain and update learner information on internal and external databases, including qualification and certification data.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective stationary ordering for the Academy.
  • Operate all IT software and systems effectively.
  • Identify and escalate operational and regulatory risks as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy administration technical role in a regulated organisation.
  • Excellent front of house and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in dealing with high-volume logistics.
  • Proven experience of compliance with HSE processes and practices.
