Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality front of house service, ensuring all customers receive a warm and professional welcome.
- Coordinate schedules, room bookings, equipment, and materials required for learning activities across the site.
- Ensure all necessary site-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Support the centralised Administration Team with new-start and learner activities, ensuring efficient processing and adherence to business procedures.
- Maintain and update learner information on internal and external databases, including qualification and certification data.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective stationary ordering for the Academy.
- Operate all IT software and systems effectively.
- Identify and escalate operational and regulatory risks as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy administration technical role in a regulated organisation.
- Excellent front of house and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in dealing with high-volume logistics.
- Proven experience of compliance with HSE processes and practices.
