About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Physiotherapy Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a senior decision-making and leadership role within the Therapies Urgent Care Team at the Royal Stoke Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team within the Therapies Urgent Care Team and organize staff and resources to meet service standards and demands.
  • Manage the clinical delivery of care in a specialized area and provide specialist training to therapy staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret, analyze, and evaluate complex information from various sources.
  • Collaborate with the University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of the therapy department.
