About the Role
University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team as a Respiratory Therapist Leader. This exciting opportunity will see you working within respiratory rotations, including Critical Care, Surgical Wards & SSCU, Medicine including NIV, Emergency Therapy Team which includes Accident & Emergency and Acute Assessment Unit, Frail Elderly, Palliative and Cystic Fibrosis.

Main Responsibilities
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills while building clinical expertise in a variety of respiratory areas within an NHS setting. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our therapeutic services.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist with a strong background in respiratory therapy. As a successful candidate, you will possess on-call competencies and have experience working in a variety of respiratory areas within an NHS setting. You will also have the ability to travel to and work across multiple sites.

Your Qualifications and Experience
A degree/diploma in physiotherapy and registration with the HCPC are essential qualifications for this role. A minimum of 18 months' graduate experience as a physiotherapist, along with experience of supporting/supervising staff, are also required. Desirable qualifications include CPD relevant to speciality area, experience gained within an acute setting, and experience relevant to speciality area.
