About the Role
As a Care and Support Professional, you will be working as an effective member of the childcare team at Keiss Primary School. Your main objective will be to support the Head Teacher in delivering stimulating activities that meet the needs of both children and their families.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Teacher in delivering a range of activities for children and their families.
- Working closely with the childcare team to ensure the smooth running of the early years service.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of stimulating activities that meet the needs of all children.
- Providing excellent customer service to parents and carers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A passion for working with young children and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.
- A willingness to undertake training and development opportunities.
