The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at Penhaligon's. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across all platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and engaging social media content plans, including video content and social media campaigns.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and collaborate with the creator community to produce high-quality content.
  • Create social media campaign briefs and mood boards for creators and agencies.
  • Source external online content to integrate into our social channels.
  • Monitor, report, and evaluate our social media channels, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media, creative, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on video content and creator collaborations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Excellent creative skills, with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the beauty, luxury, or fashion industry is a plus.
