We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at Brunelcare. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outcome-focused care and support to help residents maintain their independence and well-being.
  • Demonstrate, promote, and ensure high health and social care standards for our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the staff team to provide a homely environment that promotes resident well-being and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a kind, caring, and compassionate approach in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Work within the expectations of a care environment based on individualized care, focusing on the physical and social well-being of our residents.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. You will have excellent communication skills, a kind and caring approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in care is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is your commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
